1. Support to Mineral Exploration Projects
ARM GROUP(T) LTD is an independent consultancy that works to give clients advice and recommendations in an objective manner. The company aims to realize potential of mineral resource by focusing on the geological component of projects by generating 3D geological models serving as solid foundations for compliant mineral resource/reserve estimation.
Our technical team is highly knowledgeable in ore deposit formation and distribution within Tanzania's geological setting. Our practice follows industrial best practices and statutory requirements.
2. Support to Mine Projects
Our team combines the skills and practical operational mining experience required to complete and sign-off as competent persons on mine designs and schedules for studies from concept to definitive feasibility studies. We pride ourselves in developing innovative and creative mining solutions defining the optimal extraction strategy for an orebody.
ARM GROUP(T) LTD is well equipped to conduct open pit mine design and scheduling. Our technical experts utilize state of the art software to produce optimized, cost effective, risk managed solutions for new and existing mine operations.
3. Construction Support Services
Taking advantage of our local experience and network of expertise in building construction works, we render a lot of support services to project owners and to fellow construction firms to help ensure the success of their projects. Since its inception in the year 2023, ARM GROUP(T) LIMITED has been involved in a wide variety of supporting activities in building construction works.
We have worked on Public School Buildings and several Private Residential and Commercial Buildings. We also supply building materials on client request. We have access to experienced local technicians in the country.
4. Hiring and Management of Project Labor Workforce
We provide experienced and trained semi-skilled workers in the areas of Drivers with defensive driving licenses, Civil Technicians, Mechanical and Electrical Technicians, Plumbers, Masons and Bricklayers, Plastering and Tiles Installation Technicians, Quality Assurance Engineers, H3SE Supervisors.
Our company shall manage all mandatory requirements related to these workers on behalf of the project/clients including paying PAYE to Tanzania Revenue Authority, Registration and Contributions to National Social Security Fund (NSSF), and Contribution to Workers Compensation Fund (WCF).
5. Project Registration, Permitting and License
We assist our clients to undertake the project registration, permitting, and licensing involving submitting applications to the relevant Government Authorities and make follow up to the end. Our team of experts will assist you to obtain relevant project permits.

6. Project Site Selection/Screening and Follow Up On Rights of Occupancy
We collaborate with clients to understand business needs and assess the ability of various locations to meet those needs. Our team can help you identify and evaluate potential locations, ensuring the chosen site aligns with your project's needs and objectives.
We assist with Business Need Assessment, Site Screening, Due Diligence, Management of Land Resettlement and Compensation (following both local and international standards), and Processing of Right of Occupancy for Project Sites.
7. Project Stakeholder & Partner Management Service
We assist the project owner to undertake stakeholder engagement. We map, analyze and engage actors at all levels, including communities, civil society, private sector, client organizations and beyond. Where appropriate, we facilitate engagement between these stakeholder groups, drawing heavily on our wider experience.
With better understanding of the project contexts, we help our client achieve more effective, equitable and sustainable outcomes.
8. Project Environment Social Governance (ESG) Strategy Development
We assist in undertaking analysis framework to measure and quantify the degree in which the project is operating in a sustainable manner. Our team will work hand in hand with the Client to prepare environmental assessment criteria to help stakeholders understand project impact on climate and natural resource management.
We examine project social impact, understanding how the project team/manager's relationship with stakeholders. We believe ESG is unique in looking at the project through the lens of business risk and opportunities. We assist clients to prepare Sustainability Policy, ESG reporting and disclosure to project stakeholders.
